For us to begin using each other as a community to support one another's calling. Before we can get to that particular phase though, we have to know and understand what our individual dreams are, where they come from, and why they're important to us.

1. What are your natural interests? What kind of tasks motivate and excite you?
2. What are your natural interests? What are you good, that naturally comes easy to you?
3. What are your acquired abilities? What have you been trained to do?
4. What are your spiritual abilities? (Romans 12:3-8, 1 Corinthians 12:1-31, Ephesians 4:11-13, 1
